Amvets Post 79 holds many gatherings and events throughout the year. Proceeds from most events benefit veterans, their families and the Post or are donated to a number of charities.

August 2020: AMVETS Post #79 is currently open from 11am-7pm. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Our Canteen Cafe is running on a limited menu, but still delicious food!! :-)
Social distancing guidelines must be followed. Masks must be worn inside, except while seated.
As of right now, large events and gatherings are on hold. Check back often as we go through the phases and follow the CDC and Local Boards of Health Guidelines. We are committed to making updates to this website.
